Introducing - Breath & Beyond: A Monthly Journey Inwards
We will now be offering a more meditative style class once a month! This class will include some gentle warm up postures, pranayama (breathing exercise), some basic chanting, meditation and yoga Nidra (relaxation).
I want to be really clear that this class is suitable for all levels! There is no need to have any meditation experience or be able to quieten your mind. That is what the practices are there to help with! We have chairs available if you are not comfortable sitting on the floor.
This class is for you if you love that warm fuzzy feeling at the end of a yoga class, are curious about meditation but don’t know where to begin, or are feeling overwhelmed by life and need an hour of relaxation and soothing for your nervous system…

Space is limited so booking is essential. Book early to reserve your spot! Please call, text or email us to book in. If you are booking at the last minute, text is preferred to ensure I see it.
We offer a free trial class for all new students.
Casual face to face classes are $26.
6 class package is $140.
If you are experiencing financial hardship, we do offer a $5 discount off the casual price.
Payment can be made via cash or direct debit.
Cancellation policy:
We understand that that life does happen. Sometimes the trains are delayed, or someone becomes sick at the last minute. This is why we offer one “get out of jail free” pass per term, ie. you may cancel one class at short notice per term without being charged.
For all remaining classes, the cancellation policy is as follows:
To cancel your class, please contact us within 6 hours of the class start time. Feel free to text at any time of night if you need to, as I have my phone on silent overnight.
No-shows and cancellations with less than 6 hours notice, will incur a fee equivalent to the price of a casual class or the deduction of one pass from your multi-class package.
