About Our Classes
HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga classes run for one hour in a beautiful space overlooking natural bush land. The class incorporates asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), yoga nidra (relaxation) and dhyana (meditation) to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Chairs are always available if you are not comfortable sitting on the floor. Suitable for all levels, including beginners as we always give multiple options for all the postures.
Private Classes
New to Yoga and a bit nervous about joining a group class? Or perhaps recovering from an injury, or have some additional needs? Private classes might be the perfect option for you. In these sessions you will receive personalised, focussed attention, and each class will be specifically tailored to your needs and aims with regard to your Yoga practice.
We offer these sessions as a one off, or in a group package at affordable rates. Please do get in touch with us here to find out more!
The Nitty Gritty
Please contact us by phone or email before your first class to check we have availability to welcome you.
The yoga room will be open fifteen minutes before the start of each class, and you are welcome to relax in our space on arrival. Classes start promptly.
As yoga is practiced in bare feet, we encourage you to bring your own mat – limited mats are available if you forget yours. And we have some here for purchase ($30-35).
Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach. You are welcome to bring a water bottle with you.
There is plenty of street parking available on North Rocks Road. The 549 bus stop is a 2 minute walk away.
